Congratulations to M2 medical student Shrila Rajendran, who conducts research in Dr. Izabela Podgorski's lab and who won a 1st Place Poster Award for Basic Science Studies at the 2024 Annual Medical Student Research Symposium!

The title of the poster was:  "Fueling survival: Adipocyte-mediated regulation of iron metabolism and oxidative stress pathways in bone metastatic prostate cancer."
