Congratulations to Ph.D. candidate Samantha Heldman, who earned the Jane Ellen Simmons Travel Award by the Mixtures Specialty Section within the Society of Toxicology.

The award is offered in memory of Dr. Jane Ellen Simmons, a prolific mixtures researcher and advocate for students, post docs, and young investigators. The award is given to the top speaker out of 5 panelists selected to present a 12-minute talk describing their research relating to mixtures toxicology to a panel of experts, providing the winner with the funds to support travel to the international Society of Toxicology conference.
